Admit it. You didn't see the gun at first.

:iconrarityplz:: It has to be a simple design. Something that you'd never be able to see in a similar environment, yet has a design that's nice enough to wear as day-to-day clothing.

:iconrarityplz:: It certianly beats having to wear one of those hot, itchy shag carpets some snipers wear. What do they call those again? Willy suits?

I'm actually partial to the Sako 85 varmint chambered in .204 Ruger. True, it's not quite this beastly, but it's hella fast, the 32gr rounds I use still crank out about 1500fps at 600 yds (not that I've hit anything from that far, mind). It's a great gun for shooting prairie dogs if you can hit them (the Kansas winds are a bitch though).

my friend likes the Cheytac intervention M200, my favourite is the Walther 2000, Dragunov SVD and in terms of high damage sniper rifles, I have to go with the Berret 416, not the 50 Cal version.

actually I love all pull-bolt sniper rifles and I don't like so much the semi-auto snipers

oh yes Bolt actions are awesome, I like the M40 because it's has it's own round made for it, just like the Berret 416 and the Cheytac M200

just any Sniper rifle with a round made specifically for it

I'm more of an M14 guy myself, seeing as that's the only dedicated sniper rifle with a rapid-fire setting. Hey, ya never know when you'll need to snipe something that can't be one-hit killed.

well there's a version of the Dragunov called the SVU
and it's variant the SVU AS it's a bullpup version of the original SVD and the AS at the end means it has full auto fire capability.

I've never heard of that model. Personally, I'm not a big fan of rapid fire (in the event of zombies, all you need is 1 bullet to the brain, so rapid fire is a waste). However, some of my associates (namely, my girlfriend & her family) are of a species called "jorogumos" (Japanese shape shifting spider-thing), & members of that species tend to have an addiction to automatic fire when they use guns.

YOu mean the M21, that's the sniper variant of the M14.

in terms of Semi Auto Snipers, I like the Dragunov, WA2000 and the M21

But still, a rapid-fire sniper rifle is a useful thing to have.
